| Whisperwood Acres is a quality boarding facility located on 70 beautiful acres. Featuring an 80X200 indoor riding arena with an attached heated lounge and viewing area, and a 180X200 fenced outdoor riding arena. Both arenas can be viewed from the lounge. There are three separate barns for a total of 54 matted box stalls (12x14, 12x12, 12x10, 10x10). 2 heated tack rooms. Daily turnout year round, including holidays. Private and group turnouts are available. water outside year round, the tanks are heated in the winter. Stalls are cleaned daily, except Sundays and Major Holidays. Boarders are welcome to clean thier stall on that day if they wish. Carts, forks and shavings are available to all boarders to use. We have a 60 foot round pen for training, 40 acres of open fields, plus a trail around the 40 acres,and a trail in the 7 acres of woods, plus over 200 adjoining acres to ride on. We also have Pasture Boarding available. We have two seperate pastures, one for geldings and one for mares. Each pasture has shelter. Water is available at all times, and the tanks are heated during the winter months. Hay is included, and we also grain the horses 2x's a day. Each horse is thought of as an individual, so we offer individualized feeding programs for your horse. We feel it is up to the owner of the horse to decide how they want their horse to look, so we allow the boarders to decide the amount of grain and hay they want their horse to have. We provide a 12% sweet feed or whole oats. We also grow our own hay right here on the farm.
